Miko has been part of our life across cultures and continents.

Born in California and brought to Seoul, Korea at just three months old, Miko, a Munchkin cat known for his short legs and baby like features, grew up by our side as we experienced everyday moments shaped by diverse food cultures. Along the way, we enjoyed not only Korean cuisine, but also Japanese dishes and European style morning coffee and croissants.

Today, our journey continues in Hawai‘i. Surrounded by the islands’ warmth, creativity, and spirit of aloha, these accumulated experiences naturally came together to form Sweet Manoa Café & Bistro.
